Connie Payton, wife of the late Chicago Bear Walter Payton, and Illinois Secretary of State Jesse White are among those expected to attend the opening Tuesday of a 13-station dialysis facility in west suburban Downers Grove operated by U.S. Renal Care. The Plano, Texas-based company already has a dialysis center in Streamwood and is opening facilities in Oak Brook and Bolingbrook next month, a spokeswoman said. A fourth facility in Villa Park is set to open within the year.
