Natasha N. Dave, MD, is Senior Medical Director of Value-Based Care. A board-certified nephrologist, Dr. Dave is committed to advancing innovative, patient-centered models of kidney care that improve outcomes and quality of life for individuals living with chronic kidney disease.

Before transitioning into value-based care leadership, Dr. Dave served as Regional Medical Director at Strive Health, where she supported clinical strategy and population health initiatives. Earlier in her career, she was an Assistant Professor of Medicine at two academic institutions, caring for veterans within the Veterans Affairs health system and mentoring future clinicians.

Dr. Dave completed her nephrology fellowship and served as Chief Fellow at Baylor College of Medicine. She remains active in kidney care education and clinical engagement, having completed a social media fellowship with the Nephrology Social Media Collective (NSMC). She has contributed to the Renal Fellow Network and American Journal of Kidney Diseases blogs. Outside of work, she enjoys long-distance running, meditation, travel, and time with her family.
