Dave Richardson joined U.S. Renal Care in 2020 and brought with him 20 years of healthcare experience.

Prior to joining U.S. Renal Care, Dave was a Senior Vice President for Air Methods Corporation where he lead operations for approximately 330 air medical bases with a fleet of around 450 aircrafts. Prior to his time with Air Methods, Dave accumulated 13 years of kidney care experience. His background ranges from working in a dialysis facility as a Patient Care Technician to serving as the Divisional Vice President at DaVita with responsibility for operations of 95 dialysis facilities, 10 home programs, and 25 hospital contracts.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Master of Business Administration Degree.
