Greg Schlessinger, MD

Vice President, Clinical Affairs


Dr. Schlessinger is the Vice President of Clinical Affairs at U.S. Renal Care, focused on improving the quality of care delivered to patients with kidney disease.

 

Dr. Schlessinger earned his medical degree from Vanderbilt School of Medicine in Nashville, TN, and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Texas, Southwestern, in Dallas, TX. He trained in Nephrology at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center department of Renal Disease and Hypertension in Denver, CO. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego, and worked part-time at the Scripps Clinic and Research Foundation.

 

In addition to his role at U.S. Renal Care, Dr. Schlessinger practices Nephrology in Denver, Colorado where he is one of the founding partners of Rocky Mountain Kidney Care. Dr. Schlessinger serves as Medical Director of USRC Cheyenne dialysis unit. He was previously medical director with DaVita, where he was recognized for his excellent work with their “outstanding physician citizen” award.
