Nitin Jain

Nitin has broad healthcare experience in value-based care models across payers and providers. Before joining US Renal Care, Nitin served as Chief Operating Officer at Centene Corporation, a leading managed care payer with $100+ Billion in revenues. At Centene, Nitin helped incubate and grow a new business focused on providing services to health plans and provider groups to manage risk and total cost of care for various populations.

Prior to Centene, Nitin’s leadership experience spanned various multi-site provider organizations across different segments of healthcare. Nitin was a member of the senior management team at Golden Living, one of the largest post-acute care companies with a portfolio of over 300 skilled nursing facilities, hospice, and home health businesses. As Senior Vice President at Golden Living he led various strategic initiatives including the transition from fee for service to value-based models. Nitin spent several years with Oncology providers including Cancer Treatment Centers of America and US Oncology. At US Oncology, Nitin was part of the team that helped diversification into new adjacent businesses including the some of the earliest forays into value-based care in Oncology, leading up to its sale to McKesson.
