Kathleen Belmonte is the Senior Vice President, Clinical Operations for U.S. Renal Care.

Prior to joining U.S. Renal Care, Kathleen was the CEO and Co-Founder of Hopewell Health, a startup focused on kidney transplantation. Earlier, Kathleen spent seven years at Fresenius Kidney Care as Chief Nursing Officer and Senior Vice President of Nursing & Clinical Services.

Kathleen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Babson College, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions (MGHIHP), and a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire. She is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and completed her clinical training at Massachusetts General Hospital.
