U.S. Renal Care, Inc. (“USRC” or the “Company”) which was founded in 2000, acquires, develops and operates dialysis centers in joint venture partnership with nephrologists in their local markets across the United States. The company’s clinics provide in-center hemodialysis and at home hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services related to end stage renal disease (“ESRD”). In addition, the company also manages several acute setting dialysis programs in conjunction with local community hospitals.

U.S. Renal Care is led by a seasoned senior management team with collectively over 150 years of experience in healthcare management and operations. By supporting dialysis centers with experienced operations management and strong financial resources, and by dedicating ourselves to clinical excellence in these centers, we intend to set a new standard for the operation of dialysis centers.
