Dr. Sreedhar Mandayam, originally from India, completed his Fellowship in Nephrology from the University of Texas Medical Branch, Galveston, Texas.

In addition to being the Medical Director of Home Therapies, Dr. Mandayam provides patient care for Nephrology clinics at Baylor College of Medicine & Ben Taub General Hospital where he manages CKD, Hypertension, Nephrolithiasis, Cystic Kidney Disease, and Glomerulonephritides. Dr. Mandayam is an accomplished Physician who uses his abilities to provide excellent patient care. His clinical skills and teaching ability are unparalleled.
Sara Garza RN, CNN – Director of Home Therapies
Sara Garza graduated from Vermont College/Norwich University with a Nursing Degree in 1975. She comes to US Renal Care with over 30 years of experience in acute and chronic dialysis, as well as hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. Sara has been with US Renal Care Home Therapies for 3 years. She is married with two children and resides in Edinburg, Texas.
Michelle Sinisterra, RN – Director of Nursing
Michelle Sinisterra graduated from North Harris College with a Nursing Degree in 1991. She has been providing surpassed patient care for almost 20 years. Michelle comes to US Renal Care with experience in acute and chronic dialysis, as well as hemodialysis. Michelle has been with US Renal Care Home Therapies for 4 years.
